Default what would u say are the best performance mods for smallest amount of money?
i was thinking maybe exhaust and headers but u guys know these cars better than me.

BFI...is basically free...
A tune-up does wonders to a older car.

tuneup [change all fluids, sparkplugs, filters, belts, battery, you get the idea] , BFI, seafoam, exhaust, headers. Thats just a few things you could work on before doing any major modifications to increase performance with your SC400/300

You can go to planetsoarer for a detailed topic of a bfi, also if the guys car has over 90,000 miles I suggest a highflow center cat. conv.
