Default I've taken the Magnaflow plunge...

Ordered two Magnaflow mufflers (#11265) and one Magnaflor X-pipe (#10790) from PerformancePeddler.com; total cost was $182.28 with free shipping. Install for 2.25" piping is going to be in the neighborhood of $200.

Info on mufflers:

PRICE:
$128.42
PART #:
11265
DESCRIPTION:
Offset/Offset
2.25" Inlet/Outlet
18" Body Length, 24" Overall Length.

Info on X-Pipe:

PRICE:
$207.87
PART #:
10790
DESCRIPTION:
Tru-X Pipe
2.25" Inlet I.D.,
Dual Inlet/Dual Outlet,
2.5" x 4" Center Core,
12" Length
Stamped Stainless Steel

PerformancePeddler.com does not list the X-Pipe on their site...I had to call them to order it. In fact, I was told the X-pipe they do list has been discontinued.

I plan on having 2.25" crush-bent piping from the two cats into this X-pipe, out (as straight as possible) to the mufflers which will be house in the same location as the factory mufflers, exiting through the facory tips. If I can find some decent-looking tips for $15/ea or less, I may buy them instead.

Lovin' my SC400 more and more every day...In the past two weeks: new tires (BF Goodrich g-Force sport), 15% tint, exhaust, and new badges! Only things left before saving for big mods are fixing the hesitation, fixing leaky power steering, full interior+exterior detail, alarm, and clearing the headlights!

I'll be sure to post pics and videos with the new exhaust!

Looks like it is going to be a sweet setup. I can't wait to see some pics and vids! You gotta love the sound of a SC400 with magnaflows. I still miss my mine.

The magnaflows are relatively quiet right? even for the larger diameter pipes?

I'll be using all factory sized pipes...2.25".

The 18" length mufflers are a little quieter than the 14" versions, but offer a deeper tone. Check out CyberSC4's vehicle with this exact setup:

thanks for the info bro. I'm thinking about getting rid of my HKS exhausts. Those things are just way too loud.

ive gotten many compliments, some from viper owners. i love the sound. only thing i dont like is when it first starts up its kinda raspy but once it warms up it goes away. i would get you a sound clip but my sc is out of commission right now.
