Scott--outstanding progress. I love the hot-rod bling touch of the painted valve covers!

What did you do for matching the blower outlet to the kit's plate? It looked like it would be more than a simple enlargement of the outlet, since there was overlap of the 2 different outlet patterns between stock and your ported one.

Actually the overlap is a little bit of a problem but the way the ported supercharger is it still allowed for a sealing surface. I intend to come back in at a later date and weld in a piece to allow me to contour it in a bit, that’s one of those after the fact projects, I have several of those, right now I am focusing on getting it running.

Hood shuts but the front pulley is contacting the under hood padding. I have not removed the padding yet to check clearance but I am hopefull. I will know 100% sure tomorrow, if it doesnt I dont have a clue what I will do? Maybe go straight to the 9 lb pulley which is smaller? Maybe fab new motor mounts that are slightly lower? I'll let you know.

This might seem a bit drastic but hoe about a bump in the hood like the older generation is300? Something subtle
