Default what cam options are there?

Just as the title states. What cam options are there for the na-t direction? Who all is cammed up, anyone running different cam set-up ie- bigger intake smaller ex, or vise versa? I'm fairly new and from the evo world so you know we have those options. I read in one thread that you can use an intake cam but not an ex b/c it wont clear the distributor. What options are there to get around that to pick up some more top end? Also what coil on set-ups can we utilize besides the supra's? I've been searching the different forums for a while and I havent seen anything to involved for you basic na-t conversions or 1j swaps.
Also, what ems are some of you running? Has anyone looked into mega squirt?
