Default Random auto to 5 speed swap parts question

Just wondering...
All you guys doing the 5 speed trans. swap, where are you getting your parts?

I've been lazily looking over local junk yards, and I have YET to find a manual SC, so no parts/trans. From what I can tell, you can find the transmission itself (W58) on E-Bay and SF, but that's about it.

Just curious. Thanks!

Mine is a stock 5-speed, but fwiw most of the parts can be bought new for fairly cheap. The main peice if of course the trans, then the drive shaft.

After that everything is relatively inexpensive. Shop around and you may be able to find some things used too. Try www.car-part.com Lots of stuff can be found there.

You need to swap the drive shaft? Didn't know about that...
