Default Notchy shifting when first starting

Anyone have this problem? I recently purchased a sc300 5spd and I have noticed this problem. Are there any fixes for this? Some people suggested adding a bottle of redline.

Anyone else have this issue?

You might have the transmission fluid changed with 70W-90 gear oil, rather than just the additive. You don't know what was put in it when or if it was ever changed.

With many miles on the transmission I may shy away from synthetic, but your choice.
