Default after 1jz swap

hi guys
please for your help!!!!
I swapped my 1994 sc400 for 1jz gte.
I connect everything (ecu and body 5 connectors). car crank but do not start. looks as it do not give ignition and fuel (fuel pump run anyway). I have not engine malfunction amber lamp on cluster too. but when we connect e1 and te1 on diagnostic terminal over drive lamp on instrument cluster flashing as give info there is no malmfunction codes for transmission. ECU looks as have all necessary voltage.
perhaps anty theft deterrent system?
PLEASE HELP

start small then work to big.
make sure your plugs are all good and connected.
make sure your fuel feed and return are good.
oh, and incase the engine is flooded try starting at WOT.

yup, some progress. It is not plug and play for me. I have 1994 sc400 and donor was 1992 soarer. Body harness plugs phisically are bolt-on but some wires in that plugs are not. some schematic helps. Now check engine light works and even show 14 code (ignition problem) we checked and there is no 12 volts on ignitor. so we put temporary wire nad it start for moment and die cause wire was temporary and was late to try another time.
so we must play more with plugs wires.

we have spark on 1-3-5 cylinders, no for 2-4-6 ....
can anyone explain that? still 14 code. engine crank and want fire but can not cause firing only 1-3-5 cylinders. fuel is present
help please
