GS400 Rear onto SC300

GS400 Rear onto SC300
Hey guys, my car is currently a SC300 with the Auto rear end (4.27). Soon enough ill be making some more power and would like to get as low as I can get. Ive been looking for a Supra TT 6 speed rear (3.13), but I cant find any, and they are way overpriced.
So after some further searching I see that the 97+ SC400 and 00+ GS400 had a 3.26 ratio. And since im reading SC400 people swap their rears with SC300/Supra TT rears. Is it possible for me to swap in an SC/GS400 rear end into my SC300? I cant find any info on anyone who ahs done this.
Im guessing the GS400 rear will fit. But what axles would I use..
