Sc300 1jzgte 5spd to Soarer R154
i got a sc that i converted to 1jz and i was wondering if anyone pulled off using a whole 1jzgte with R154 trany set? is there something i have to change or something? also i was wondering would i be able to use my clutch with the new r154 tranny?

i just got done installing a soarer 1jz with r154. only thing extra you need is the front half of a 7mgte driveshaft, and use ur stock carrier bearing and rear half of stock driveshaft.

also, you need to change the slave cylinder. . .
at least i did
edit: also, if you mean the SUPRA R154, then there's a bit more work to be done in the shifter area.
recently i read something about Boost Logic having something to help that...which is kewl, but sucks that i spent all my money on this soarer r154
