Default Noobie with a BIG problem . HELP

So I just bought a 1992 SC400 . Problem was the starter was stuck . So I tried to take out the starter and it seemed a little tight so I pryed it out .

Now the starter is out , somewhat. Half the starter is still on the tranny and half is out . the body of the starter is out but the shaft of the starter is still stuck on the flexplate/ flywheel .

Guessing the teeth got rusted or something seized .

Any suggestions on how I can take out the rest of the starter ?

Thanks in advance

Hose it down with some cleaner, then smack the hell out of the starter shaft. (try and knock it loose)

If the starter seized on the gear/teeth you may have other problems.
