Default A/C Recharging problem

So its been getting real hot lately. I finally decide that this year will be the year that I recharge my Air Conditioning on my SC300. I go to recharge it with the motor on and the A/C on full blast. When I let the A/C in through the lines the little green light on top of the A/C button by the climate control starts blinking and lets no cold air through.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

You should check the compressor. I had the same problem where the light would blink and air would come out, but it wasn't cold. It ended up being a compressor problem, which had to be replaced. Now, the air is sub-zero and I no longer have to keep my windows down on the freeway. HTH.
