Default 95 transmission in 93?

I needed a transmission for my 93 SC400 with 180k. I have a good offer for a '95 sc400 transmission with 64k miles on it for 300 shipped. Im not sure if the new trans in compatable with my engine. I know that the 95 engine is slightly different and there might be some size issues when it comes to fitting the two together....

any advice?

All SC400 are automatic....I would think they are compatible, however the ECU does have a little something to do with the transmission shifhing so the sensor reads maybe different, not sure....That would be my biggest concern...ECU transmission reads....

I thought the 95s got a wider transmisson tunnel, and a wider transmission to go with it

I know the rear axles are longer and change in that year...wider wheel base....Trannies I thought were the same...I am only guessing...The axles I know for sure....
