Default 1jz swap and 1jz Soarer performance differences?

I'm under the impression the SC300 with 1jz swap(stock) are heavier and slower than stock Soarers with original 1jz in them right? What is the difference? I understand the Soarer can do very high 5,6-6.3 0-60 and 14-14.5 1/4mile, how bout Swapped SC300 1jz, all thing being equal(temp, tires, wheels, altitude, etc.)

Most SC300's have more options then Soarers. Leather interior, sunroof, etc. Structually they are the same car. The SC300 even has the holes and the studs in the body for the SMIC. Youll notice that alot of parts are marked "LHD" on SC300's and "RHD" on soarers.
