if anyone is running turbo's in there 98-00 SC300 please give me a list of what parts i need to purchase.

Heres a classic, not many people have done the 98-00 sc300 due to the rods and engine managment. Heres a classic that anyone with a 98-00 who wants to turbo should read. There's also a couple on the supraforums

dude that link didn't help much. I just want to know what needs to be done to turbo my 99SC

chill........; that's probably the only '99 SC that has **** done to it. If you would go through the pages of that link you'll know exactly what it entails. The VVT-i is a pain in the *** to work with due to the electronics and options are limited, but attainable with knowledgable tuners. The internals are weak compared to pre-VVTi SC's, but the block is the same. It would be wise to swap in a GTE shortblock, get a Boost Logic or Sound Performance kit and have them do the magic with the AEM.
Defintely not as cheap as pre-VVTi SC's, but if done right it is superior.
