Bfi Quick Question
I have a 97 sc300 and I made a BFI by putting the big hole in the intake holder and removing the lil air hole which is under the headlight and covered the side which attracts alot heat with a cover and the part where the hole goes outside because before I had a hole in my bfi but i didnt do nothing else but for some reason I was spending 10 dollars everyday for like 2 hrs of driving. some help would be helpful/

Remove your passenger side head-light completely, that will give you the cold/ram-air effect.
Couldn't help it Oldskool, too funny!!!!

mayby hes talking about 10 dollars on gas for 2hrs of driving, if thats right then where the hell is he stealing gas from!! i spend like 25(half tank) on 2.5 hrs of driving, and that was the same for my stock sc, not to change subject but heres 3 sides of an argument on better intake as far as mpg -- more air into engine so u need more fuel to compensate for the fuel air ratio therefor worse gas mileage, -- more air so bigger explosion in chamber so less gas needed to make same hp so better gas mileage -- more air so more gas but so much more hp that u end up going farther with less effort and therefore better gas mileage, can anyone clear that up(i mean factually, not by reading the side of a Tornado box that says better fuel economy or something like that)
