Compare most single turbo setup dyno charts with a 1JZGTE, and then a 1.5JZ. I dont have the ability to draw. But it goes from a nice linear looking chart from a 1JZ, to the typical supra table top. Sure you might get some higher peak dyno #s, but that means nothing.

VJ please dont pubically bash someones setup in there own thread. MAybe you guys can race and we'll see how your linear power band does against a high topend powerhouse.

When I decide to release my figures and Charts we'll compare and contrast and see why I went from 1jz to 1.5JZ

Would you care to elaborate why a motor with .5l more displacment is a bad thing? I rode in a car with an SP74 on it and it seemed to get out of its own way.

Very nice setup, the turbo is used to build 1000bhp monsters and sppol very fast with teh proper gt-q wheel made by precision good turbo choice with the 3l. Sorry Rick your very wrong about this turbo. I have built many a poopra with thsi turbo and the boost is very strong and very fast. And lag is nothing.

Only thing i would change is teh SPEC clutch, i used to be sponsored by them and their stage 5 unsprung iron disk is very rough and chatters like crazy and engagement is really twitchy.
