Non-turbo Supras' application of turbo timer harness
I know, I know, there're threads on board that state turbo Supra's application of turbo timer harness WON'T fit for SC's ignition harness....but I don't think anyone said anything about harness for non-turbo Supras' application...
as I was searching around the forum while ago, someone mention tt-5 harness...what is that??? does that work with SC's??? anyway..I just want someone to tell me from experience if there's any straight forward harness for SC's...it's for a 92 SC if that matters...I don't want to cut and electric-tape any wire. I want a clean job...
here's a link for a non-turbo supra application harness. maybe some of you can tell me if that harness will work or not by just looking at a picture...
for both turbo and non-turbo Supra

i thought i would reply, since the harness debate is still open. (i've yet to find/get
the beloved TT-5 harness) the ## - # is a universal part # for most manufacturers.
i beleave its HKS's # & everyone else just adopted it.
the tt-5 is susposed to fit the soarer & may need minor rework to work w/ our alarms.
i've yet to see 1 on e-bay & most suppliers say they cant get it here or wont respond.
both turbo supra harness' wont work '93-96 & '97-'98 (i have both if you want 1)
if the na harness is the same # as the tt then your s.o.l.

what did you mean by "if the na harness is the same # as teh tt then your s.o.l. " ??
so..the tt-5 (whatever it is..please explain) is a unit from Japan? and it might fit with modification?..
is tt-5 the name of the harness? what does it stand for

haha, ok try this again.
TT-5 is the universal part # for the soarer harness. soarer's were not sold in the U.S. therefore
that harness is not being imported to this country by the parts venders/distributors. the
problem is its a inexpensive part w/ small mark up. for a distributor to special order, wait
a few months & track it for a $10/20.00 profit its not worth their time.
if the NA harness is the same part# as the TT then your s*** out of luck. as i said i have both
& they wont work.
if anyone has a TT-5 harness i'll gladly pay double to get one & put the will it work debate to rest.
