Default sc 400

ok well i have been reading in every forum i can find and i cant get a clear answer. will a 1jz work in a sc400, i can buy one cheaper like $2000 cheaper then a sc300. i was planning on buying a clip so the tranny issuse will be takin care of, ive seen people complaining in other post that the trannys dont mate; blah. this will deside if i get a sc 300 or sc 400

Yes it will work perfect. Altho i never checked, does the SC400 have the hole in the body near the air box in the inner fender for the IC pipes? Its filled in with a plastic plate that pops out. The SC3 has all the holes and mounts for the stock SMIC. If the SC4 doesnt have that, no big deal a hole saw fixes that. Other then that everything else is the same..

All 1JZGTE motorsets come with the 1JZ auto tranny. No need for a clip.

thanks man that helps sooooooooooooo much. i was planning on buying the clip anyways, ive done alot of sr and ca and blah other swaps that its so much easier with a clip. oh and buy the way i live down here in palm beach and vist orland alot, any place up by you, VJ RC51, where i can get a clip or motorset.
