Any problems putting a '97 1UZFE in a '92?

I need to replace my motor and I found a 1UZFE locally coming out of a 1997 SC400 with 65k on it. Does anyone know of any problems putting the motor in my car?

If you elect to go this way, be sure to get the complete engine loom for the 97 engine, as well as the appropriate ECU...

Would there be problems with the transmission? Didn't they change to 2 ECU's or something of that nature? I found a '92 motor locally as well if this is going to be too much of a hassle.

Th EGR setup is a little different to.
Whats that motor selling for ?
