Default Power Steering Noise

I just had my power steering hose pop off (it got so cold that the old fluid frose and caused the hose to pop off) and replaced the fluid with the suggested replacement. Now i have a louder than usual power steering hum. Do I need to do some type of lubrication? Any suggestions?
