Turbo surge

Turbo surge
I'm getting ready to take my SC3 to the dyno shop for tuning. But I was wondering if anyone out there with a Turbo SC has experienced power surging under high boost?
Less boost fewer surges felt.
Well I guess they'll tell me at the Dyno shop but I was wondering if there might be a solution that I could look at. Dang this car has a butt load of mods!
Mitsubishi 25G Turbo "Mad Dog"
R.C Engeneering injector system
Turboectics "race gate"Waste gate
Nology Power Core Ingition Amplifier
Fuel pump upgrade
G-Force Computer ECU Upgrade
Gretty Rebic III
HKS EVC III
HKS Vein pressure converter
Toyomoto Exhaust manifold
Toyomoto Head gasket
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch

Do you have a boost gauge? Is boost actually fluctuating, or are you just feeling some bogging?
Have you looked at the flow map for that turbo? Are you near the surge limit?
There are a million other questions, but these'll give me at least the slightest idea of where the problem may be.
