Default SAFC2 Wiring Question

I am having my SAFC2 installed below my headunit Friday. Then taking it to a shop to have them install it and get a basic tune for it. I talked to the shop and I think I am missing a part. The wire runs straight out the back of unit then the wires go into a plug/clip. The shop said there should be another end to match it. Do I need something else? Don't they just take those wires and splice them and what not? I bought it used for $150. Please help!! Thanks!

There should be a clip but it's not necessary to hook it up. It's there to make it easier to install/remove. Just have them cut off the clip and lengthen the wires.

If there is even a hint of confusion when you ask them to just lenghten the wires, I suggest going to another shop.

Cheers,
