Default SC300 tranny

Hello guys I'm new here and have a few questions. I'm going to purchase one and just have some questions about it. The one I'm going to purchase is fine and all but there's something I'm confused about. When the car is on and is revved passed 3500rpm the tranny shakes. It shakes to the point where it makes a rattle noise. I can't see anything shaking from underneath the car but the shifter shakes and the noise can only be heard when inside the vehicle. My friend that use to own a SC said it was normal because the shifter sits right ontop of the tranny. I'm just wondering if this is normal because i've never driven a car that had a tranny shake this bad. The shifting is smooth and the car drive's good, it just shakes. I swear even 240s have better trannys if this is normal. Oh and also the vehicle doesn't need to be in gear, just revved passed 3500rpm.

Any info is appreciated.
Thanks guys and hopefully this sc300 is better to me than my MR2 was.

Inspect (or have some one inspect) transmission mounts and engine mounts.

I got the car inspected at my Tires Plus by 2 of my mechanics and all the mounts are good. Also I took it to another Tires Plus and they said it was good too. Can't figure out why the tranny shakes. It's a 5 speed manual sc300 so just wondering if it's normal shake.
