5-speed parts interchange
I think what he meant to say was "Can I use another Lexus's Clutch and Brake Pedals, like the IS300 in my SC300 for a manual tranny swap?"
Now my answer to your question is, I'm sure you COULD modify them to work in your sc300, but you'll save yourself alot of headaches and anguish if you just get ones from an sc300. They will bolt right up.

i was just thinking if other toyotas or lexus have clutch and brake pedals that would bolt up to the sc300. b/c it would probably be easier to source used parts for a manual conversion from other cars than from a 5-speed sc300
Why not just buy the brake pedal from the SC at the dealership? I payed $32 cost for mine. Only thing it didn't come with, was the rubber boot that goes over it. big woop.
Also, the clutch pedal is in the mid $40 range.
