Transmission rebuilding, 98' sc300

Roughly how much does it cost to rebuild the transmission of a 98 sc300? not a performance build I mean back to OEM specs?

About $300 bux from another used transmission from a club lexus member, and a few hours of garage labor.

Or the average $1200 to get it rebuilt.
