Default gt35 sc400 project (stuff)

Hi
As you know I doing my 1994 sc400 turbo project.
I got almost all hardware suff

1. Garrett gt35 ball bearing turbo (by Precision Turbo) + oil suply and return lines (goodrich)
2. big FMIC
3. two Tial 38 mm wastegates set at 5.5 psi
4. Greddy BOV
5. Greddy catch can
6. Aeromotive AFPR
7. really big K&N filter

set up will be as next:
from stock exhaust manifolds two pipes (50-55 mm) will go under car to front via re-machined and re-welded front alu crossmember to front of car. on each side near manifolds will sit two tial 38 mm wastegates (one on each v8 one bank).
Turbo will sit between engine and radiator. There is too little place for that to keep hydraulic fan. So radiator will be move about 4 inches to front of the car.
Intake box with K&N filter will be in place where stock battery is (battery is already in trunk in cd charger place). there will be huge holes in lower and side panels for plenty fresh cold air for intake filter. Perhaps washer fluid reservoir will be moved to another place (and will be not so big) if it will tame air for intake box.
At front two pipes from exhaust manifolds will become one and go to turbo.
Down pipe 65-70 mm will go on passenger side upper side exhaust manifold. Next it will be 75-80 mm (3 inches) as single exhaust with one middle and two final big turbo mufflers.
Charged air will go from turbo to driver side to big FMIC and go to passenger side.
there will be alu pipes and stock MAF will be in blow through mode.

not sure for now about fuel mods:
1. it will be stock fuel system with two additional 450 injectors from mitsu 2 litre turbo engine or
2. stock fuel rails will be modded for more flow and stock injectors will be changed with 8 bigger ones so additional injectors will not be needed.

there is light in tunnel cause I heard that Split Second can make piggy back can trin bigger injectors and retard time advance too (if it is true definitely will go that second way)

tranny mods:
for 90% will go to manual: r154 from supra mk3: is almost free there in Poland. need bellhousing form Aussie. Really do not want spend 2-3 K$ for modify a340.

My goal is about 400 maybe 500 RWHP.

perhaps in the end that will be manual+turbo sc400
