Default Strange noise problems in sc400

1) When I am turning, there is a weird noise that sounds like a ball or something is rolling and hits a wall. Hard to explain but sort of just a clunk when i turn.

2) When i am driving at 1900-2000 rpms, my car makes this fairly loud vibrating noise. It only happens at this rpm and happens in all the gears. I mainly hear it in fourth gear cause it will stay right on that rpm and not switch.

Any suggestions?

bump..

after some searching, could the vibration sound be possibly from engine/transmission mounts?

Could be a rock or bolt in the frame rail or the like.
