Default Project Finished, for now....(pics/info)

Finished up my SC and took her to the dyno to get some drivability issues worked out. We were shooting for reasonable #'s on pump and good part throttle action, both of which we achieved. The ultimate goal for this car is for it to be totally driveable, have all accesories, and make big power. For now im using a small turbo to get the feel of the car, but we will step it up as we are planning to compete in Turbo 6(NOPI) with this car next season. In current foprm the car made 504whp 418wtq on 17psi/93 octane. The car ran at this power level for 1200 miles so far, and everything is great except for 1 destryoed W58 . Ahh, its soo hard to stay out of it in 5th gear considering the 4.27 in this thing. Woops! Welp, I got another in there and am gonna go run the car on a tire on Saturday. All in all this is one of my projects that actually made me happy, the lex runs so good and everybody loves it. I dont post on here to often as my shop keeps me busy as ****, but i do have a good knowledge of these things and will try and step in here more often. I tried to keep this setup simple. and made certain most things wont need to be upgraded. Heres the goods:

Stock GE/W58
Cometic 2.5mm HG/ ARP Studs/HKS Cam Gears
PT 61 w/ S Housing(4in inlet, 2.5 outlet)
Tial BOV/HKS 40mm Gate
FSM Custom 4in SS DP
FSM Custom 4in SS Exhaust
FSM Custom SS Charge Piping (3in cold side, 2.5in Hot side)
Twin Walbros, -8 Feed, SX Regulator
PTE 780cc's, Modified Stock Rail
AEM EMS, AEM WB
Stock Igntion, NGK 6097's (for now)
PWR Race Core Radiator, FAl Fans, Samco Hoses
Tein Super Street+EDFC
Volk GTC's 18X10 & 18X9(for street)

In the future we are gonna goto the getrag, a real tire, bigger turbo, and the Full-Race manifold. For now, im gonna see how much power can be made on that stock block in this configuration. And now onto a couple of pics:

Keep roasting those W58's! It means you are making some good power. hahaha. Nice work!

You can say that again.

Good job man

So 500RWHP is too much for the ole W58 - how much do you think it can hold reliably? I've heard most break down in third gear.

I really like your SC! It's sick!!

Sucks that your w58 went out. I'm hoping mine lasts for a while.
