Default 2JZGTE JDM Wiring help for SC300 PLEASE

Im about to do the swap,i have JDM 2JZGTE motor, auto tranny and JDM ECU and phils manual, my question is does anyone have a JDM wiring diagram for me to match up the cut JDM harness to my SC300 harness, i heard the colors for the JDM harness are different than the US harness or i would just use the supra manual, phils swap guide doesnt breakdown the JDM harness that much in his book, any help would be great. Thanks

Im not sure if your able to use the jdm harness at all.. i think you need to buy the us harness and connect it to the jdm motor.. but i could be wrong.. im sure its on the forum some where if you search tho..

edit* i think the jdm ecu is useless too.. you need a us ecu or standalone like the AEM.

I suppose its possible to use the jdm ecu with the usdm harness, but why not use ALL of the jdm stuff. We just finished bluelex's GS300 swap using a JDM ecu and harness, so we have all the wiring diagrams for the jdm harness which are color coded differently (not all, but alot) than the usdm harness. If you want to use the jdm stuff give my guys a call at grip industries 321-446-6644, they are in melbourne.

Default harness

I asked phil this question myself, and he said that you have to take the supra harness, and the jdm harness, cut the jdm harness connectors off so that they're is 2-3 inches of wire on the connector, and solder it onto the usdm harness. But if matts shop has the wiring codes that also can help you in this situation. I may be giving them a call myself if thats o.k.

If you use the JDM harness, use the JDM ECU

If you use the USDM harness, use the USDM ECU and injectors, MAF, etc

each motor is slightly different with regards to injector sizing, air-metering, and other stuff like the resistor box
