Are any other lexus transmissions suitable for my 93 SC400? Any of the LS400's interchange? There looks to be a local yard that has a early 90's LS400, and just wanted to know if it would interchange or not!!

Not sure, but I do know that the SC has a lower 1st gear, and that may cause a problem with the ECU regarding engine rpms vs. vehicle speed, but I haven't done any auto swaps like that.
Might just work fine, hopefully someone on here has done this.

yes,, the early ones are interchangeable--make sure the plugs/electrics are the same.. BUT,, like some one mentioned,, first gear is different,, and you WILL notice the difference..
