Default Chirping sound. Pulley question

My SC400 has a chirping sound that seems to come from the pulley above the power steering pump. I read every thread on chirping sounds and everyone is talking about the idler pulley.
I replaced that pulley and it seems to be set back a little from the rest of the pulleys. Does all the pulleys need to be in line? Do i have a wrong pulley?
