Default slight rattle when in neutral

I have a 5 speed SC300.

While getting some fastfood at the drivethru today, I noticed that there was a slight rattle noise coming from the car. It happened when the car was in neutral. When I pushed in the clutch, the noise went away.

Is this some worn bearing?

Thanks,
-Brian.

I've got the same thing.

I'm not sure if it's the pilot or throwout bearing. I'm doing the clutch soon anways -- replacing those two normal-wear parts should fix it.

but to just get rid of the squeaking, that's a big project.
