I took my SC400 to the exhaust shop to have a full catback installed. It turns out that they didn't have the tips, and would have to install them at the same time they installed the mufflers. Therefore, my current setup is as follows: 2.25" dual catback piping, x-pipe. Right now, it is earth-shattering loud. Way too loud for my taste. How much quieter will it be with the Ultraflow SS straight-thru mufflers installed? Also, if it is too loud, what do you suggest to quiet it down a bit?

It shouldn't be too loud once you get your mufflers on. Cars with no mufflers at all are always really loud or obnoxious. But don't worry I think you will be fine. Sounds like you are going to have a pretty nice setup once your done. Post pics!

I can happily report that it is very quiet yet the car also feels much more powerful. Pics and vids to follow shortly.
