Default HELP! Need advice on TC for my SC4

Guys need help. I'm looking into geting a 2800 TC for my sc400 it is a 99 and it has 0ver 200,000 miles on it. Would I have any problems by doing this mod on a car with this many miles? Any help would be greatly apreciated.

look, . a transmission forum!

Moved.

Mileage makes no difference. Just make sure the tranny is maintained. Otherwise it'll fall out either way.

Where are you getting it and how much for?? As OLT said, as long as the tranny has been taken care of then you shoud be fine. At least you will be able to flush out your tranny fluid completely with the TC out. When I pulled mine out on my last car the fluid was pretty nasty.

Good luck and let us know,

Jonny

I'm geting it from lexuspros.com they have the "dragon TC" for $700. What do you think is that a good deal? I seen where some menber have been paying $900 for it. And the car is top shape
and I hade mine trany flush less then a year ago. Let me know what you think if that is a good deal I will order it asap. What stall speed should go with 2800 or is there a better one for SC?

I got the car from a sales guy he was the first owner and he used to drive from michigan to miami on a regular bases. That is the same thing I said but I got such a good deal I had to take
it took the car in to my local lexus dealer to have them look it over and they had all the record on it. They could not find a thing wrong with the car everithing worked the way it was supose to it is a great car. I drive daily hell I like better then my LX470. And the service tech who I known for a while told me hell yeah get it! And that is it. How could I say no.
