HKS intake/filter

I want to put an HKS super mega flow unit on my 93 SC300, I have heard that the 7mgte kit is the one to use, but HKS lists an SMF kit for GS300 and N/A supra. Does anyone know which one works on the SC?

I do not know. :egads: BUT! I do know this, there are very few companies out there who make a simple intake for the SC. SOOO what I did was I removed the stock intake box and resonator. I then drilled alot of holes close together into a shape of a circle with a 4" diameter on the sheet metal that is located directly underneath where the stock intake box used to be. I popped the hole through. I then went out and bought 3" piping, an adapter for the MAF sensor, an HKS METAL FLOW intake, and ordered a CARB number to make it legal. After the MAF sensor I ran an extention through the big 4" hole I made and there sits the filter directly behind the bumper where it can catch a whole crap load of air.

Both should work, the GS and NA Supra one will work better.

The 7M-GTE maf has the same bolt circle as the NA 2JZ but it's studded. So if you use the 7M intake, you just need to add 4 thru-bolts and nuts and it will bolt up.
