I wonder what the R154 tranny would cost new? Just curious..... Anyone know

I have an ad in the SC300 for sale forums. it's not brand new, but has everything you need for the conversion.

I need one for a soarer with the longer shifter placement compared to the supra. HOWEVER if yours is from a Soarer then let me know Thanks Tommy D

You know you can just get the Supra R154 with Soarer bellhousing and then just buy the 91-94 Soarer shifter.

That is what I am offering (bellhousing and tranny), and I agree about the shifter.

Thats what id do. You can still find the C's shifters (Im getting one right now), and i dont think its worth the extra cash to get one of the newer R154s with the relocated shifter

If the shifter is that important, you can just get the parts from toyota to make the newer shift mechanism

the newer R154 for the soarer will also require modification to the shifter hole...about 2-3 inches cutout.
