19 PSI means he's got a head gasket too, which means the kit is way more than 4k. (gasket, ARP studs + install time )

None the less, boost logic does have a very nice kit that will scale up to well over 360 RWHP.

You'll need a new clutch, but the stock 5 speed won't last very long past 300-350 HP, some are time bombs, others hold up quite well.

If you want to boost the car inexpensively, try Dave-H's turbo kit.

Be sure to add all the components. The Boostlogic kit can make any horsepower you want. There is also alot room for an increase in power down the road without replacing many parts. Power is like a drug, you'll what more in the future. I have swapped a few custy's old turbo kit for ours. That's twice the cost.
