Default Kaaz LSD - Who has one

Hi everyone,

I am interested in getting a Kaaz LSD, and was wondering if anyone has one, and what kind of experience have you had with it.

I have done a search on this forum, but I am looking for first hand information, before I plunk down the $$$

Thanks for your comments and suggestions,

bmatsu

I don't have one. However, from what I know of them, they work well, but are a bit noisy.

I don't personally own one but my buddy with a S13 240sx has the Kaaz 2 way. I have driven the car both on the street and on the track.

My thoughts. They are alittle loud but his car is completly stripped so that may add to the noise. I think the 2 way isn't a good diff. if your just learning performance driving as the rear end will step out under drop throttle very quickly. What I'm getting at is if you under speed or over speed into a corner and try to correct with too much throttle over steer comes in a hurry.

I think a 1.5 way would be a good pick if your a novice driver. But in either case they are both clutch type and require lots of up keep. My buddy changes he rear end gear lube with his oil under normal driving and alway after a Drifting Event, HPDE or Auto-X.

But they are of high quality and if you have no problems changing the diff lube then

hello, i have one. its the kaaz 2way for the supra. its a little noisy, however i am used to clutch type differentials so if you are not familiar with them, they will be really noisy to you. good luck and its well worth the money.

I guess I'm still new to this Supra/SC interchangeable ordeal, but are you guys saying the Kaaz LSD will work in a SC300/400 rear end? Sorry if it sounds very newb-ish.
