Default starting up help!!

Hello all, it has been awhile since I have posted here. My problem is that my 95 sc400 will not start! I suspect its the starter because I have gone through 3 batteries in the past 6 months. The radio works fine and all power is on, but my car will not start. The car either doesnt have enough power to start or the starter doesnt work. But I can jump the car for it to work fine. Any help is appreciated, thank you very much to all those who do help.

If you're mechanically inclined you can take the starter off and take it to AutoZone/Pep Boys/ Advanced Auto and they'll test it for you. Not that big of a deal. They can test your alternator and battery too.

Dude,

You know where the starter is on a 400?? Not a fun or easy task! If you do remove your starter I would replace the solenoids regardless as the starter is such a PITA to get to.

As for the starter problem - are you getting any clicking or anything? More info?

Good luck,
Jonny

Friend if you can jumpstart the car then the problem is not the starter.

I would look at the alternator as my first stop
