Default idling issues

My sc has been idling funny lately, the idle is at like 400 and one day it was at just a hair above 0 and felt like it was about to stall ( like a manual transmission) I'm thinkin its the spark plugs, but does anyone have any knowledge as to other things it could possibly be?
