Have you checked the grounds?
Multiple misfire may indicate a coolant leak or a loose ground.

Hello,

How did this issue first begin?
What is the Year, Model and Mileage on the car?
What Brands did you use for the Parts listed above?
How does the car feel in general when those Codes come up?
Is it always the same Cylinders that come up after Clearing the Codes?
What parts still remain Stock from the Factory, and what was already replaced/retrofitted/modified?

Going from the information provided, this could quite literally be anything from a blown engine to a particularly nasty burrito from last night. A lot more information will be needed to even begin looking into this issue, otherwise, again, just about every system in that car becomes a suspect.
