SC400 Misfire Diagnosis Help

Are you completely sure that you indeed got Both of those Codes at the Same Time? Those codes are Mutually Exclusive, you can only have either one or the other, like when you are adjusting the volume, you can't have it set to both highest and lowest volume at the same time. Seeing how suddenly this issue appeared, you either misread the CEL Count, or the ECU is starting to loose its marbles, a grim reality of those older Lexus models, here is a thread about it.
Try resetting the Codes by disconnecting the Battery Terminal for a few minutes, then reconnect it and count the CEL Flashes again. If nothing else, you can try taking the ECU apart and taking a look at the Capacitors, shouldn't be too difficult.
