Default SC400 crank no start 2024.

I am having problems with my 92 Lexus sc400. Sometimes it will start and others it won’t. It is holding battery completely ok. Yesterday I was driving for over an hour, stopped to get gas and when I attempted to start the car again it cranked with strong power but no start. I had a friend come try to jump me with his brand new Toyota trd tundra and it cranked no start. First I put the key to on position than I pulled the main efi relay waited 30 seconds put it back in, then did the same with the circuit opening relay and put it back in. Went to crank it and it started right up with no hesitation. Pulling these 2 fuses seems to be the only way to get the car to start when the issue occurs. Note that I always have CEL on when the key is in ON position.

Should be checking ignitors, coils and wires. I would still replace that EFI relay, since it's a little fishy that pulling it and reinstalling can jump start it right up. Check grounds as well.
