Gas pedal doesn’t work tell floored (Limp) 98 sc300

I've been facing a persistent issue with my car, and despite trying various solutions, I haven't found a fix yet. When idling at a red light or stop, the RPM drops significantly, from around 500 to approximately 150, and then quickly goes back up. Initially, I attempted to adjust the TPS for a higher idle, but that didn't work. I replaced the TPS, and after installation, my car wouldn't run properly and sometimes revved excessively, showing a code related to the APPS (acceleration pedal position sensor). I bought and installed a new APPS sensor, and it seemed to run fine until I hit around 3000 RPM, where it felt like a cut and the revs dropped, and the pedal stopped responding. I've tried various adjustments, replaced the female plug on the TPS, and followed proper installation procedures, but the problem persists. Today, I unplugged the ECU and EFI fuses, re-adjusted the TPS to its initial setting, and put the old APPS sensor back on, but still, the car runs without the pedal working. i’m not sure what else to do here i’m most likely going to order a whole new Throttle body tonight, but am i missing something did i install something wrong please anyone with any info i need ur help

First this font color for me is hard to see, had to highlight it... From my limited knowledge it sounds like you're dead sticking past 3k rpm. May be a variety of things.. since fueling is being cut off at some point, check your grounds and relays. Try testing the fuel resistor/ECU bypass located in the back seat. You will have to test your fuel pump and ensure all equipment is operating properly. Once everything is checked out and in working order I'd have the ECU checked and rebuilt.
