AGENDA: meet, eat, dyno pulls, cruise/spirited drive, photoshoot, optional cruise to PIR for the opening of Late Night Drags.

Date: Saturday, March 5th, 2011

Meet: Forged Performance 867 NW Corporate Dr. Troutdale, OR 97060
Time: 10:00AM (up for debate, let me know what time you want to do this).

Cruise/spirited drive: TBD
Time: 3:00PM (also up for debate, it will probably be decided once we all get together at Forged).

Cruise to PIR: TBD
Time: 5:00PM (Late Night Drags opens up at 6:00PM, so this as well is up for debate upon the people who want to go).

DYNO PULLS: Forged Performance will have their Mustang Dynometer up for anyone to see how much whp their car makes! The special discount rate for this meet day is $40 for 3 pulls!

FOOD: Forged will also have their grille up and running, so a barbecue will be active! Feel free to bring condiments such as chips, soda, etc. You also have the option of going to the many restaurants near Forged such as Popeye's, Subway, Arby's, and Wendy's!

PHOTOSHOOT: All day!!! Take pictures anytime you want, whether its at Forged, your car on the dyno, or rolling shots on the cruise! I'm going to try to get a few professional photographers in to snap photos too!

ALL CARS ARE WELCOME TO COME, so feel free to invite any and all of your buddies! Just make sure to let me know how many people you are bringing so I know how many cars are going to show up!

it is about 15-20 minutes outside of portland, its to the east of portland, you take i-84 east and exit troutdale let me know if you are trying to come and need directions, my phone number is in the thread

 

ok let me see if some other people want to travel down there with me any lexus people going yet?

 

no lexus people that i know of yet....a couple of my buddies have SC400's they are going to be there, and another guy i know with a ls400, but thats about it not on this board no one has responded yet should be fun though we are coming up on 100 cars!

there will be enough parking spots for EVERYONE, we have access to the parking lot in front of forged which is about 40-45 cars, the parking lot to the right which is about 45-50, the parking lot to the left which is about 35-40, so we will be good, plus there is always street parking around forged, which is actually a really nice little small wiiiindy road.

The only thing I would say is if you want to get on the dyno, make sure you get there early!

yeah me too how much is it to run on the drag strip?

 

I believe it is $25 registration and $10 to run so $35 your first time, or something like that. After you have registered and have a card, its $10 every time you go that season, at least this is what I remember when I went with the shop a few years back.

 

Everyone going from the seattle area should roll together!
