Ya it was a UW worker but it was not a UW truck. Well it USED to be a UW work truck be he bought it for personal use from the motor pool

damn, I'm sorry to hear that your car was hit. I finally got to see it in person at the NWN GTG and was very impressed with it. Like everyone else is saying, thankfully he stuck around and you didn't have to chase him down. What insurance company are you having to file a claim with? It may be better to just file a claim through your own insurance and let them go after the responsible party, because otherwise I think you'll continue to get lowballed as to what your car's worth. Or I could be talking out my ****....
