I picked up my NX today...some questions. Did I not get what I asked for?
So in one of my previous threads I mentioned that I had put in a custom order for an NX F Sport AWD. Well my dealer managed to find one that had made it to LA with everything I wanted except the parking assist. I told him I could live without it and to bring it in.
A couple of initial questions...one of accessories I asked for was the illuminated door sills. My door sills are metal, and certainly look like the pictures, but they don't light up. Am I missing something or did I *not* get this accessory?
Second, my understanding is that F Sport includes triple beam headlamps. Mine does not have this, it's just the single projector. It's definitely an F sport model from the badging and everything else. Is this something different for MY19?
I did ask for the Comfort Package which I've observed that Lexus has removed from the build tool on their web site. The Comfort package includes heated and cooled front seats right? Auto-tilt outside mirrors when in reverse?
And lastly, what pressures should the front/rear tires be for the 19" wheels. There is no label on the drivers door which indicates this and I don't see it listed in the manual anywhere.

The triple beam headlamps are not part of the F-Sport package. I'm pretty sure the F-Sport package includes the heated and cooled seats. The buttons are right below the climate controls.
Did the dealer give you a sheet or window sticker with all the options listed?

No not really, just shows the F Sport base + 19" wheels and that's it. So that was my mistake in thinking that the triple beam was included with the F Sport, in fact it is only included with the premium package which I did not want....so no problem there. I do have the comfort package it appears so that's fine. The door sills are still a question mark for me. If one does not get the illuminated sills, is the entry all plastic or is there a metal base plate with Lexus on it? I'm pretty good with most engines and general tech stuff, so if my sills are not illuminated, it's not a problem to order them and install them myself. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an option somewhere to turn them on or turn up the brightness.

I have the F-Sport Premium package and do not have triple beam headlamps. I think those are only available on the Luxury package. My door sills are metal but do not light up.

Ok I've registered my VIN, where do I go to see how it was built?
Nevermind, I found it. It looks like it definitely does not have my illuminated door sills. Oh well, easily ordered to install myself. Thank you for the suggestion to register!
Does anyone know what the pressures for the 19" tires should be?

Executive Package is a Canadian build level, eh?

I have a 2016/with Premium package. The triple beams were a separate option - not a part of any particular package. I believe that is still the case today - at least it is for the 2019 ES I have been shopping. In the US anyway.
