Only replaced tires. But the passenger back tire was replaced a 3rd time! After I got the new tires, I questioned the 17 balance weights on that tire! So they put another tire on that one. This tire has about 4 weights on it. They said they pulled wheels and tires from another NX, placed them on mine and drove it. Said it was worse than my wheels/tires.

Thats not right... I would stay on top of them.. It drove me nuts, but bring it back enough times and they will get it fixed.

How did you get it fixed? My car vibrates at 82.
and they replaced the tires 3 times, 3 alignments and countless wheels balanced.. I even test drove a 2020 and i felt the vibration too!!
I have a 2018 fsport.nx300

When they mention balancing, are they doing a conventional balance on the tire/rims or are they doing "road force" balancing? Many times, you might still have a slight vibration which can be solved by the "road force" method which is done with the wheels/tires still mounted on the car. It's a bit more costly but does solve nagging issues. Beyond that, I would look to a possible bent rim.

Great to hear this! Have had the same problem, and it's bugging the hell out of me. Had tires balanced at a "road force" tire dealer. Don't know if he is properly using the machine, but the rumble has gotten MUCH better, but hasn't eliminated it. I am out of warranty, but will return to see if they detect a flat spot, and if it is within limits to correct with a tire re-mount. Crazy problem!

Strangely, didn't have a vibration even with the bent rim & the original Michelins MXM4 I was replacing. They were still 100% smooth.
In any case, they rebalanced the 1 rim which fixed it somewhat,..but not totally smooth yet.
Had the tires ROAD FORCE balanced which helped some more, but still a nagging vibration at high speed.
Had the 1 rim "straightened" through Lexus dealer who uses an outside contractor. Vibration 100% eliminated.
These are finicky things...ultimately becomes trial and error.
