Default Burning oil/rubber smell

We have a 2015 NX200T with 36K miles. The last few days we are getting an odor similar to hot oil or rubber. I’ve looked on the top and bottom of the engine for leaks but don’t see anything. I’ve checked the brake temps after driving, they seem normal. The smell seems to be more from the front than the rear. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.

I have an appointment with the dealer for Monday but was hoping for some insight from someone that has experienced this already.

I experience it every time I drive behind a beat up diesel or other oil burning car. But this is not your case. You likely have oil leak somewhere, resulting in that smell. Vehicle being under warranty should be fixed by dealer, that's what you paid them for. While you are enjoying a loaner car, like I did.
