Also, I second you on low RPM vibration. Literally, like as if a subwoofer is shaking the car.
That actually kills 1600 RPM turbo kicks in theory. As it happens at idle, when brought to a halt after driving.

To dealer this week and spoke with technical who knew immediately what I was experiencing on 2018 NX Turbo. Let me check a 2019--it was less but still there beginning just before 1000 rpm.. Said it was the turbo and as I understood was related to air needs and fan flex. Lexus had made some design modifications but not totally eliminated--no service codes for it--more noticeable in cold weather. Didn't ask me about fuel octane. Hard for me to assess or ask meaningful questions though he denied throttle body was a factor. Could have asked if parts were involved in the design mods and if so were they interchangeable--will pursue at next service but looks like a mental adjustment.
